Marion County Animal Services is municipal shelter that serves as a temporary facility for homeless pets. It is our intention to be a safe, caring and temporary place of hope for the thousands of animals entering our shelter each year. Our compassionate staff work diligently to lessen the unnatural & often frightening experience of coming into care at a center. Whether we meet our guests as strays, lost pets or rescues from cruelty cases, each animal is cared for & provided a safe, clean, & caring environment for the duration of its stay.
