Miss Kitty’s Cat Rescue, Inc. is a small Cat Rescue in New Port Richey. We specialize in TNVR, Socializing cats for adoption, educating the public about feral cats and TNVR. We aim to partner with other Rescues to provide much needed resources for Pasco County. It is my goal to make Pasco the first cat-friendly county!
